Transactions with a Buyer outside of Mexico will be charged an additional $25.00 USD to cover any intermediary bank fees. This will be added to the fee, regardless of who pays the fee, when the Buyer selects to pay by international wire transfer.
Please note that Credit Card and PayPal payment methods will include a Payment Processing Fee and are subject to additional restrictions.
If you have agreed to pay all or part of the commission, it is automatically added to the total amount of the asset.
Once the transaction is created, the seller and agent can specify their preferred disbursement method for the transaction. Once all terms of the transaction have been completed and verified, Escrow Guardians will pay the seller the same or next business day using their preferred disbursement method. If the seller or broker agrees to pay all or part of the escrow fee, the escrow fee will be automatically deducted from the total amount or the broker’s commission.
